Nowe procesory Intel Core 14. generacji zwiększą wydajność komputerów i laptopów

During this year’s CES 2024 trade show, Intel introduced its latest processors that are set to be featured in upcoming computers and laptops. The new processors, acting as the main driving force, will come equipped with artificial intelligence support, allowing for even greater performance from these devices.

Not only are the Intel Core 14th generation processors attracting attention at CES 2024. The company has also announced the upcoming generations of processors: Arrow Lake and Lunar Lake, which are set to debut later this year. Arrow Lake processors will be used in desktop computers and laptops, being the first gaming processors equipped with AI accelerators. Although Intel was the first to announce, AMD recently showcased their Ryzen 8000G processors, which also include AI support.

Arrow Lake processors are based on the enhanced architecture of the Meteor Lake models, primarily designed for laptops. The processor chips will utilize multiple chiplets made with different lithographic processes. According to unofficial information, Arrow Lake processors will require new motherboards with the LGA 1851 socket.

Another interesting model is the Intel Lunar Lake processors, which will power compact laptops. They will replace the previous Meteor Lake models and are expected to provide over three times the performance in AI applications. During the conference, Michelle Johnston Holthaus, Vice President of Intel and General Manager of the Client Computing Group, showcased an engineering sample of the Lunar Lake processor, displaying the silicon die connected to the RAM subsystem.

The new Intel Core 14th generation processors, Arrow Lake and Lunar Lake, are expected to arrive on the market soon, thereby increasing the performance of computers and laptops and enhancing AI capabilities.
