OLED - Page 5
OLED stands for Organic Light Emitting Diode. It is a technology used in displays and lighting that consists of organic compounds which emit light in response to an electric current. Unlike traditional LED displays that use a backlight, OLED panels are made up of layers of organic materials that emit light individually when energized. This allows for deeper blacks, higher contrast ratios, and greater flexibility in display design since OLEDs can be made thinner and can be flexible or transparent. OLED technology is widely used in televisions, smartphones, computer monitors, and other display applications due to its ability to produce vibrant colors and efficient performance.
