Ergonomics
Ergonomics is the scientific discipline concerned with the understanding of interactions among humans and other elements of a system. It focuses on optimizing human well-being and overall system performance by designing tools, tasks, and environments that fit the human user. Ergonomics takes into account human capabilities and limitations in order to enhance comfort, safety, and efficiency in various settings, such as workplaces, consumer products, and daily activities. The goal of ergonomics is to reduce the risk of injury and improve productivity by promoting designs that accommodate human physical and cognitive abilities.
