Travis Kelce secured his victory in Super Bowl 58 by kissing Taylor Swift after a four-hour battle in Las Vegas, where, at one point, it seemed like the San Francisco 49ers would win.
But it was their quarterback Patrick Mahomes who led the team to victory, repeatedly bringing them back into the game and securing their third Super Bowl title in five seasons.
Travis Kelce, 34, searched for his girlfriend Taylor Swift on the field after celebrating the team’s success.
The sparks between Kelce and Swift first ignited in September 2023 when the singer attended her inaugural Chiefs game.
The duo, previously linked by dating rumors, shared a passionate PDA moment, with Swift congratulating Kelce on his third championship ring.
Afterward, Kelce, along with quarterback Patrick Mahomes and coach Andy Reid, delivered brief speeches to commemorate their achievements.
Addressing the Chiefs Kingdom, Kelce said, “Viva Las Vegas.”
Speaking about the tough game, in which the 49ers briefly took the lead, Kelce praised the team’s resilience.
Despite a touchdown by 49ers’ quarterback Brock Purdy and a subsequent field goal, the Chiefs managed to tie the score, forcing the game into overtime.
The NFL, in its post-game coverage, published a touching photo of the couple kissing on the field, captioning it, “Kissing in the Super Bowl tastes different.”
Swift, who had just flown in from Japan, was accompanied by her parents and friends. The Kelce family, including parents Donna and Ed Kelce, brother Jason Kelce, and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce, joined in the celebration, supporting the NFL star in Las Vegas.
Usher performed during the halftime show, which was filled with celebrities.
For Swift, the Super Bowl was her 13th Chiefs game, a number that held special significance for her. Her presence at Chiefs events proved to be auspicious as the team won nine out of the games she attended.
