The Ministry of Advanced Industry and Technology (MoIAT) in collaboration with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) is honored to host the annual Forum for Advanced Industry and Technology at the World Government Summit (WGS) 2024.

In line with the goal of the WGS, which aims to shape a better future for humanity, and the themes for 2024: “A Different Perspective on Development,” “Future Economies,” “Sustainability,” and “New Global Changes,” the forum will focus on promoting sustainable industrial development.

Its goal is to exchange knowledge, establish strategic partnerships, and develop predictions regarding technologies that will contribute to the decarbonization of the industrial sector, following the United Arab Emirates’ strategic initiative “Net Zero by 2050.”

The forum supports the goals of the National Strategy for Advanced Industry and Technology, the “300 Billion” operation, which aims to increase growth and competitiveness in the industrial sector, stimulate innovation, promote the use of advanced technologies in industry, and strengthen the UAE’s position as a global center for the industry of the future.
