Accelera, Daimler Truck, and PACCAR have announced their selection of Marshall County, Mississippi, as the future site for advanced battery cell manufacturing for their joint venture. Accelera, Daimler Truck, and PACCAR will jointly own 30% of the business and have equal control over its operations. EVE Energy, a manufacturer of LFP battery cells, will play a crucial role in the joint venture as a technology partner, owning 10% of the business and contributing its expertise in battery cell design and manufacturing.
