Nowe przecieki wskazują na kolejne informacje na temat Death Stranding 2

After over thirteen months since its massive unveiling, Death Stranding 2 may be gearing up for another big showcase. New leaks suggest that within the next few weeks, we’ll learn more about Hideo Kojima’s game sequel, including its full title.

Reliable insider billbil-kun, writing on Dealabs, claims that Death Stranding 2 will be showcased again in the next 15 days, possibly during the upcoming State of Play PlayStation event, as previously mentioned by reliable source Jeff Grubb.

Billbil-kun states that there are still ongoing discussions about the release of Death Stranding 2, including the possibility of the game launching on PC simultaneously with PlayStation 5. However, his sources point to the full title of the game, which is Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.

Considering the significance of beaches, or rather the beach itself, in the original Death Stranding – which appeared as a manifestation between life and the afterlife – this is a subtitle that certainly fits. Although it may evoke more images of surfboards and swimsuits rather than an expanded, moist valley as one would expect.

We last saw Death Stranding 2 during the official unveiling at The Game Awards in December 2022 – we received a four-and-a-half-minute trailer confirming the prominent role of French actress Léa Seydoux. Little is currently known about the game – although it’s known that the cast will include Norman Reedus, Troy Baker, Elle Fanning, and Shioli Kutsuna – so a full reveal has long been anticipated, especially since rumors suggest it may be released later this year.

In other Death Stranding news, publisher 505 Games has announced the release date for the delayed Director’s Cut version of the first game for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The release will take place next Tuesday, January 30, at a price of £39.99/$39.99 per piece. If you pre-order through the App Store, you will receive a 50% discount. You can play on all three devices with a single purchase, but you will need an iPhone 15 Pro or a Mac or an iPad from the M series to run the game.
