2024-01-17

According to the latest information, OPPO is planning to launch a new 5G smartphone called OPPO F25 in the Indian market. The device will be a variant of the previously released Reno 11F 5G, which debuted in China last year and recently made its way to India.

According to leaks, the OPPO F25 will feature a flat, 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a high 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will also have an under-display fingerprint scanner for enhanced security and a powerful 32MP front camera.

Under the hood, the OPPO F25 is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor, supported by 8GB of RAM and a whopping 256GB of storage space. On the back panel, there will be a triple camera setup, including a 64MP main lens with OV64B sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens with Sony IMX355 sensor, and a 2MP macro lens.

The smartphone is rumored to come with ColorOS 14, based on the latest Android 14. It is also anticipated to have a large 5,000mAh battery with support for super-fast 67W wired charging. Additionally, the OPPO F25 may have an IP65 certification, indicating its resistance to dust and water.

While there is no confirmed release date yet, insider information from Abhishek Yadav suggests that the OPPO F25 will hit the Indian market in February 2024. As for the price, it is speculated to be around 25,000 INR, considering the previous OPPO smartphone launches and rumors about the device’s specifications.

However, it’s important to note that all these details are based on leaks and should be taken with a grain of salt until officially confirmed by OPPO. Nevertheless, the OPPO F25 seems to be a promising addition to the 5G smartphone lineup, offering impressive specifications and features at an affordable price.
