Acer wprowadza najnowszą innowację na rynku routerów

Acer, known for its laptops and monitors, is introducing its latest innovation in the router market. In collaboration with Qualcomm, Acer has developed the Predator Connect X7 5G CPE, the world’s first gaming CPE router with 5G WiFi 7 connectivity. With Qualcomm processors with four cores and Hybrid QoS software, the Predator Connect X7 5G CPE offers enhanced WiFi 7 wireless connectivity and support for Acer Predator Connect applications.

The new router allows users to achieve double the speed compared to the previous WiFi 6 standard. It is also the first device to combine 5G and tri-band WiFi 7 BE11000, enabling speeds of up to 3.5 Gbps in 5G technology with an incredibly low latency of just 1 ms.

In addition to the Predator Connect X7 5G CPE, Acer has also introduced the Predator Connect T7 WiFi 7 mesh router. Although it does not support 5G SIM cards, it offers the same tri-band WiFi 7 wireless connectivity as the BE11000. The Predator Connect T7 can be connected to multiple devices to create a mesh system, providing reliable coverage and better performance in larger homes.

Wayne Ma, General Manager of Connections at Acer, expressed enthusiasm for the new routers, stating that they bring performance and speed to a new level for gamers, enhancing the quality of their gameplay. However, it is not yet known if these routers will be available in Malaysia, as Acer has not provided information on their availability in the country.

The Predator Connect X7 5G CPE is set to debut in selected regions in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in April, priced at 399 euros (~2,025.16 RM). Meanwhile, the Predator Connect T7 WiFi 7 mesh router will be available in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in March, priced at 249 euros (~1,263.82 RM). Gamers from around the world eagerly await the release of these highly anticipated routers.
