Xiaomi has officially announced the premiere date of their new POCO family smartphones. The global launch of the devices, including the POCO X6, POCO X6 Pro, and POCO M6 Pro, will take place on January 11th.
Good news is that Xiaomi’s Polish branch has also confirmed this date on their social media channels, suggesting that the global premiere is also the Polish premiere.
What do we know so far about these smartphones? Specifications and prices have been released for all three POCO models. The estimated prices in Poland are as follows:
– Xiaomi POCO X6: 8/256 GB starting from 1299 złotych, 12/256 GB starting from 1449-1499 złotych, and 12/512 GB starting from 1599-1699 złotych,
– Xiaomi POCO X6 Pro: 8/256 GB starting from 1499-1599 złotych and 12/512 GB starting from 1799-1899 złotych,
– Xiaomi POCO M6 Pro: 8/256 GB starting from 999 złotych and 12/512 GB starting from 1299 złotych.
Of course, these are only estimates, and we cannot be sure if all variants will be available in Poland. We will have to wait for the premiere and official information.
During the announcement, the manufacturer also confirmed the processors that will be used in these models. The POCO X6 Pro will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra chipset (scoring around 1.5 million points on AnTuTu tests), the POCO X6 will use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor (scoring around 650 thousand points on AnTuTu tests), while the POCO M6 Pro will run on the helio G99-Ultra processor (scoring over 400 thousand points on AnTuTu tests).
The most powerful of them will be the POCO X6 Pro model, which will be a true beast in terms of performance. On paper, it is only slightly weaker than the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
