Based on new information, the latest Samsung Galaxy S24 series is shaping up to be promising for Polish consumers. According to leaks, the Ultra and Plus variants will not be the only models equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. What does this mean for future flagship phones? New Hope for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Series
I had already accepted the fact that the Exynos 2400 processor would power the Samsung Galaxy S24 and Samsung Galaxy S24+. However, new leaks undermine this information. According to one insider, the Ultra variant will not be the only model with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
The base model will remain unchanged, but the Plus variant will receive a Qualcomm unit. Although Poland was not mentioned in the information, we can assume that this applies to most countries around the world. Of course, this is only speculation, but such a prospect seems promising. It would be a complete reversal of the situation for the least popular flagship in the series, which is purchased on average about twice as often as the Galaxy S23.
I suspect that this scenario will affect the current statistics. There is a chance that the base model will not garner as much interest. Of course, we do not know the full capabilities of the new Exynos 2400 processor, but the Galaxy S22 with the Exynos 2200 left a lot to be desired in terms of performance.
Issues with Previous Processors
