Realme Note 50: Nowa seria smartfonów w niskiej cenie

Realme, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, recently announced the launch of its new series of smartphones, Realme Note. The new model made its debut in the Philippines on January 23. However, prior to the launch, Realme Philippines took to Twitter to share all the details. The company revealed the pricing and specifications of the smartphone. In addition to the Philippines, the model will also be available in Vietnam, Thailand, Italy, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. Realme Note 50 is a budget smartphone with a large display and a long-lasting battery, perfect for users with basic needs.

Specifications of Realme Note 50

The Realme Note 50 smartphone will feature a 6.74-inch IPS LCD display with a small waterdrop-style notch. As is usual in the budget smartphone segment, the display bezels are quite large, with the bottom bezel being particularly visible. The power button and volume controls are located on the right side of the smartphone, while the left side serves as a spot for the SIM/microSD card tray.

The Realme Note 50 smartphone is equipped with the Unisoc T612 chipset. This processor is built on the 12nm technology. While it may not be the latest technology found in smartphones, it is sufficient for a budget device. The T612 is an Octa-Core chipset with 2 ARM Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and 6 ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. The phone also has a Mali G57 MP1 GPU, which should be sufficient for handling basic gaming tasks. The phone will have at least one version with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and support for virtual RAM up to 4GB. It will have 64GB of internal storage, with the ability to expand it using a microSD card up to 2TB.

The Realme Note 50 has a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a 13MP main lens and a second monochrome lens. The camera setup creates a rectangular island shape and features three large black openings. However, only two of them are actual lenses, while the third one houses a flash. The phone also features a dual-tone design with different finishes on the top and bottom. For selfies and video calls, there is a 5MP front-facing camera.

The smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging. It features Dual-SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS + Galileo. It also has an IP54 certification, which provides resistance to dust and water splashes. The smartphone will be available in two colors: blue and black.

Pricing and Availability

The Realme Note 50 will be available in Midnight Blue and Sky Blue colors. The only version equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage is priced at 3599 PHP (approximately $65 USD). This attractive price makes the smartphone perfect for users with less demanding needs. It offers basic specifications like a large display, Octa-Core chipset, and a long-lasting battery, catering to the needs of users who use their phones for internet browsing and media consumption.

The official launch of the smartphone will take place on January 23, when more information about its availability will be revealed.
