New Leak Points to Similar Design for Moto G 5G (2024) as its Predecessor

In a recent leak, photos and videos showcasing the alleged design of the highly anticipated Moto G 5G (2024) have surfaced. It is believed to be the successor to the Moto G 5G (2023), which was released earlier this year. Although the company has not yet confirmed the existence of this model, these leaks have generated significant interest among technology enthusiasts.

Prominent leaker Steve H. McFly, also known as @OnLeaks, has published renders that provide a glimpse into the possible design of the Moto G 5G (2024). The leaked images suggest that the phone may have a similar design to its predecessor, with flat edges and slightly curved corners. The device is also expected to feature a flat display with narrow bezels and a relatively thick chin.

According to the information, the Moto G 5G (2024) is expected to have the same 6.5-inch diagonal screen as its predecessor, the Moto G 5G (2023). However, it may offer different screen specifications. The 2023 model features a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a pixel density of 269 ppi.

The leaked images also show the rear design of the Moto G 5G (2024). A rectangular camera module is clearly visible, resembling the camera island on the Moto G 5G (2023). The newer model appears to be more rounded compared to its predecessor. As for the camera setup, the leaked images reveal two separate circular camera modules and a rectangular flash positioned vertically in the upper left corner of the rear panel. The front-facing camera is expected to be housed in a hole-punch cutout in the middle of the top edge of the screen.

The leak suggests that the Moto G 5G (2024) will have dimensions of 164.4mm x 74.9mm x 8.2mm, slightly different from the dimensions of the previous model, which measure 163.94mm x 74.98mm x 8.39mm. Additionally, the leaks also reveal the placement of the volume control button and power button on the right side of the phone, while the SIM card tray is located on the left side. Furthermore, a single microphone is visible on the top of the phone, and the bottom edge features a 3.5mm audio jack, another microphone, a USB Type-C port, and a speaker grille.

While we are still awaiting official confirmation of these leaked details, technology enthusiasts eagerly anticipate further announcements regarding the Moto G 5G (2024). Stay tuned to learn more about this highly anticipated smartphone.
