Zmiany w aplikacji Garmin Connect

Garmin, a leader in smartwatches, is introducing changes to its Garmin Connect app, which is used to connect the watch to a smartphone. The update brings a redesigned, simplified interface and additional features.

The Garmin Connect app has always been crucial for users to track, analyze, and share health and fitness statistics. The new update aims to make the app easier to use and provide more useful information.

As part of the update, the app’s homepage has been redesigned and now features customizable widgets such as Today’s Activity and Focus Hub. This allows users to quickly access key information like sleep results, Body Battery, training status, and activity trends. The Snapshot widget provides an overview of statistics such as heart rate, step count, calories burned, stress levels, hydration, endurance results, and more. Another section, Events, displays all upcoming scheduled events.

For activity enthusiasts, the Training Plans widget will be useful as it allows users to track running or cycling plans from Garmin Coach, monitor progress, and review completed workouts. In the Challenges section, users can find progress on challenges related to adventures, badges, group activities, and family activities.

The Garmin Connect app update is already available in beta for selected customers using Garmin smartwatches, bike computers, and accessories. Other Garmin users will have to wait until the end of the year for these new features to be rolled out.
