Nowa generacja procesorów AMD Ryzen 8000G dla desktopów już w sprzedaży

Computer manufacturers have been eagerly awaiting the new generation of AMD Ryzen 8000G desktop processors, which have finally hit the market. The new processors, such as Ryzen 7 8700G, Ryzen 5 8600G, Ryzen 5 8500G, and Ryzen 3 8300G, offer significant performance improvements, especially in integrated graphics chips based on RDNA 3 architecture.

AMD is proud of the performance of the Ryzen 8000G processors, showcased by the Radeon 780M in the case of the Ryzen 7 8700G. In games like Alan Wake 2, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Starfield, Baldur’s Gate 3, and Lies of P, the Radeon 780M can generate over 60 frames per second at low details in Full HD resolution. In some titles such as Hitman 3, Borderlands 3, Metro Exodus, GTA V, F1 2022, DOTA 2, and League of Legends, you can even expect over 80 frames per second at low graphics settings in Full HD resolution.

The new AMD Ryzen 8000G processors have different technical specifications depending on the model. For example, the Ryzen 7 8700G features 8 cores and 16 threads, Turbo clock speeds up to 5.1 GHz, and 24 MB of L2+L3 cache memory. All processors come with a DDR5 5600 MHz RAM controller.

It is worth noting that choosing the Ryzen 7 8700G processor with the Radeon 780M chip may be more advantageous in some cases than combining an Intel Core i5-13400F with a GeForce GTX 1650. AMD claims that the performance of the new processors in games like Star Wars Jedi Survivor, Alan Wake 2, and Starfield is better than competing solutions.

The release of the Ryzen 8000G processors is scheduled for January 31, 2024, except for the Ryzen 3 8300G, which will be available in the first quarter of the same year.
