Xiaomi 14 Ultra: Leaked RAM and Storage Combos for Global Launch

The upcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra model is getting closer to its international release. According to the latest leaks from China, the combinations of RAM and storage capacity have been revealed. However, it’s important to note that these leaks pertain to the Chinese market, so only selected variants may be available on the international market.

According to a source on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra model will be available in a base version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The phone will also be offered with 16 GB of RAM and either 512 GB or 1 TB of storage.

The most interesting piece of information is the rumor about a special edition Xiaomi 14 Ultra made of titanium. This version will only be available with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. This means that the standard version of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will not have a titanium frame. The price of the special edition is expected to be around 500 CNY (approximately $69 or 64 EUR) higher than the variant without the titanium frame.

According to previous leaks, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and QHD+ resolution. The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It will have a quad-camera setup on the back (50 MP main, 50 MP wide-angle, 50 MP telephoto with 3.2x zoom, and 50 MP telephoto with 5x zoom), and a 32 MP front-facing camera. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will also have an IP68 certification for dust and water resistance, as well as a 5300 mAh battery with 90 W fast charging support. It will come with Android 14 and the HyperOS overlay.

The global launch of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is scheduled for February 25 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. We will have to wait to get official information about the available RAM and storage combos for the international market.
