MSI will showcase the new handheld at CES 2024
CES 2024 is approaching, which is the most important industry event where the latest trends and technological innovations will be presented. The largest companies will have the opportunity to showcase their products, including MSI.

It seems that MSI is preparing something exceptional that will catch the attention of gamers. The portable console market is becoming increasingly competitive, and MSI wants to introduce its own product. What do we already know about this console?
Currently, we don’t have much information on the subject. From the official presentation announcement, we can only infer that MSI is preparing something extraordinary. A short mysterious video was accompanied by the comment “a completely new breed of MSI dragons is coming.” However, that’s all we can say for now.

Nevertheless, the industry is commenting on the above reports. VideoCardz indicates that there are reasons to believe that the console will have either an AMD Zen4/RDNA3-based Ryzen Z1 processor or the latest Core Ultra 1000 series from Intel. The final specifications will only be known during the presentation.

The market for portable gaming devices is constantly evolving
Undoubtedly, MSI already has competitors in the market. Valve has gained its position with the Steam Deck (as well as the new Steam Deck OLED version), and we cannot overlook ASUS’s Successfo Rog Ally or Lenovo Legion Go. What surprise will MSI prepare for us? All will be revealed at CES 2024, which starts on January 9.
