AMD is soon releasing a new series of Ryzen processors, designed for users with different needs and budgets. One of the most interesting models will be the Ryzen 7 5700X3D, which promises to be an attractive option for budget-conscious gamers.
The Ryzen 7 5700X3D is an 8-core/16-thread chip equipped with additional 3D-V Cache memory. According to leaks, it will reach a maximum clock speed of 4.1 GHz, which means it will be slightly slower than the 5800X3D model. The first stores in Europe, such as German PC-King and French Gesci, already have this model available. The prices range from 271 euros (around 1,180 zł) to 328.58 euros. However, it seems that the lower price offered by PC-King is closer to reality, which means that the Ryzen 7 5700X3D will be about 150 zł – 200 zł cheaper than the 5800X3D model.
Other models such as the Ryzen 5 5600GT and Ryzen 5500GT will also be available. The 5600GT model is expected to have a clock speed of up to 4.6 GHz and an estimated cost of around 185 euros (around 800 zł). On the other hand, the Ryzen 5500GT has a clock speed of up to 4.4 GHz and a weaker Vega graphics with 6 compute units (CU). The price of this chip is estimated to be 130-160 euros (around 570-700 zł).
Some information suggests that the Ryzen 5500GT is only compatible with newer motherboard models such as A520, B550, and X570. However, there is hope that the new chips will also work on older boards from the 400 and 300 series.
The release of the new Ryzen processors from the 5700X3D, 5600GT, and 5500GT series is approaching rapidly. More information about these processors will be revealed during the CES 2024 trade show.
