According to the latest reports, the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G model will be delayed. Originally, the mid-range phone was expected to appear in the first quarter of 2024, but a new report clearly questions this information.
The exact reasons for the delay are not yet known. Traditionally, Samsung presents phones from the Galaxy A5x series in the first months of the year. This was also the case with the current generation model, the Galaxy A54 5G. However, according to information provided by SamMobile, this time the situation will be different. The Galaxy A55 5G will be presented later than usual.
Unofficial sources suggest that the premiere of the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G may take place only in the second quarter of 2024. However, it is worth noting that these information come from anonymous sources and have not been confirmed by the manufacturer. Therefore, there is a possibility that plans may still change.
The delay in the debut is significant because Samsung has previously introduced phones from the Galaxy A3x series simultaneously. If the delay concerns the Galaxy A55 5G, it may also mean a delay for the second of these models. However, there is also a possibility that the company will decide to break the pattern.
It is worth noting that this year’s models from the Galaxy A series look very promising. They will draw inspiration from flagship phones and one of the new features will be a metal frame, which was not present in Samsung’s mid-range phones before. Unfortunately, there is uncertainty surrounding the Exynos 1480 processor, which may cause temperature-related issues.
Fortunately, other global hits from Samsung, which have already gained popularity in foreign markets, will soon also hit store shelves in Poland. We can expect their sales to exceed expectations.
