Hexagon ogłasza zwycięzców trzeciej edycji programu “Sixth Sense”

Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division has announced that Flexxbotics and Zaptic have been named winners of the third edition of the “Sixth Sense” program. Both startups were selected after an intensive program that culminated in a pitching competition at the Sixth Sense Summit in London.

The judging panel from Hexagon’s Corporate Leadership Team awarded Flexxbotics the title for their technology enabling the digitization of workstations in robot-driven manufacturing. Zaptic joined Flexxbotics as winners with their technology that connects workers to digitize operations and accelerate operational excellence.

The winners will receive access to Hexagon’s extensive resources for global expansion, including potential funding, worldwide offices, and a comprehensive suite of products and services. Additionally, they will be showcased on Hexagon’s cloud platform for the manufacturing industry called Nexus, giving them visibility among global companies and the opportunity to integrate with their systems and data to solve bigger challenges and deliver greater value.

Josh Weiss, President of Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence, said, “We are thrilled to announce Flexxbotics and Zaptic as the winners of the third edition of the Sixth Sense program, as both companies are addressing significant challenges related to automation and productivity while accelerating the digitization of the manufacturing industry.”

The third cohort of the “Sixth Sense” program builds on an initiative to nurture startups with innovative solutions for the manufacturing industry. Last year, the winner of the second edition was the American company Gelsight, which offers a 3D tactile sensing solution. Hexagon partnered with them to develop and sell solutions globally.

Hexagon also congratulates the other participants of the third edition of the program and announces the opening of another cohort for innovators from various fields who want to tackle the latest challenges.
