The ranking of the best smartphones of 2023 is not only a compilation of the latest flagships, but also includes devices that have won my sympathy. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo is a model that surprised me not only with its specifications, but also with its price. Although it initially cost 1899 PLN, it soon became the king of promotions. This mid-range phone definitely deserves the title of favorite of 2023.
What sets the Motorola Edge 40 Neo apart? First and foremost, it has an IP68 certification, which is a rarity among devices of this class. Additionally, the phone is equipped with a 144 Hz pOLED display, 12 GB of RAM, and 68 W fast charging. Not to mention the finish made of vegan leather and stereo speakers.
Nothing Phone (2)
The Nothing Phone (2) is a super mid-range phone with tremendous potential. Although it wasn’t the top choice for many people due to its original price, it can now be purchased in Poland at an attractive price. This smartphone offers LTPO panels with adaptive refresh rates of up to 120 Hz, a great design, and three major system updates.
The device’s processor, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, combined with 12 GB of RAM, performs excellently in everyday use as well as in more demanding tasks. It is also worth mentioning the photographic capabilities, which can be explored through testing.
nubia Z60 Ultra
The final favorite on my list is the nubia Z60 Ultra, an exotic model available in limited quantities on the market. This smartphone stands out with unique features, such as optical image stabilization in all three cameras – main, wide-angle, and periscope telephoto.
It’s also worth mentioning the full-screen display without notches, a large 6000 mAh battery, and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. All of this makes the nubia Z60 Ultra one of the most affordable flagships with an attractive specification.
Each of these three models stands out with something exceptional, which is why I can recommend them with a clear conscience as my favorite smartphones of 2023.
